Mr. Vertigo ist ein Indie-Jazz-Crossover Projekt, das deine Ohren ordentlich durchpusten wird. Zwei der besten Schlagzeuger Europas verbinden sich mit einem wilden Bassisten und einem virtuosen Gitarristen zu einem Bandsound, den du so noch nie gehört hast.  Es schwirren analog verfremdete Gitarrensounds zu verzerrten Basslinien, fette Beats neben weichen Akkorden, dicke Gitarrenwände neben sanften Melodieen, die der Wind von weitem über den Ozean getragen hat.

MR. VERTIGO (not to be confused with the Alternative/Indie Rock band Mister Vertigo from Boston…) Inspired by the wonderful music of artists such as Bon Iver, Me'Shell, John Scofield, Miles Davis, Nir Felder and Kurt Rosenwinkel, Mr. Vertigo is an Indie-Jazz-Crossover project from Basel. First they will blow your ears and then your mind. Experience on our Atlantis stage two excellent drummers (they also play keyboards and manoeuver various pedals), a virtuous guitarist and a wild bassist. Analog and digitally defamiliarized guitar sounds swirl around distorted bass lines, fat beats splash next to smooth chords, thick walls of guitar tower above mellow melodies – all carried to you across the ocean by the wind.
